The Winnipeg AAA Ice Are Back! 

In 2011, AAA female hockey made its debut in Winnipeg. Both the Winnipeg Ice & Winnipeg Avros joined the nine-team Manitoba Female Midget Hockey League, which had been granted the AAA designation by Hockey Manitoba and Hockey Winnipeg.

Following the 2013-14 season, the Winnipeg Ice AAA hockey team was put to a halt as Hockey Winnipeg declared they would be moving forward with just one AAA team in Winnipeg. 

NOW, after a 4 year hiatus, the Winnipeg Ice are BACK! 

The Ice will compete in the MFMHL along side 7 other teams with the goal for all to be the National ESSO Cup Champion.
